We used Binks for my stepfather's funeral a few years ago. Alex was respectful, and professional yet personable. So when my mum passed away a few months ago we knew we wanted to use him again. Alex talks you through all the options and the fees involved without any pressure and you are given a copy of this after your first appointment when you arrange the funeral. They're always at the end of the phone or an email should you need them. For my stepdads funeral, Alex helped us jot down all the info needed for the Eulogy and then wrote and read this out at the funeral. We wanted to write my mum's Eulogy ourselves so Alex gave us lots of info/questions on her life to think about, to help us plan this ourselves and he read this out for us. The service went as planned and everyone commented on what a lovely service it had been. At one of the most difficult times of your life, Alex does a wonderful job to guide you through it and make it as easy as it can be in these circumstances.
