Visual tributes
All local crematoriums now have the facility for a visual tribute to be used during a funeral service. The facilities allow for photographs and video clips to be played during the service to help create a meaningful and personal tribute.
Creating your tribute
In our opinion the best way to do this is to have a single holding image on screen throughout the service, similar to what you would see on an Order of Service, and a montage of photographs playing during a piece of music in the middle of the service, ideally in chronological order throughout the person’s life. The type of image you use is entirely your choice, however it often has the most effect if the images reflect that individual’s personality.
We have trained staff who can help advise you which types of images would work best, and to set the visual tribute in place for you.
Webcasts and recordings
At JW Binks & Sons we also have the facilities to live stream the funeral service from our premises, we can also offer a high definition recording of the service that will be available to download the same day.
Please note that these services require 5 days’ notice prior to the cremation service.
